PROXIMITY 4.3 is open-source software; you can use it, redistribute it, and/or modify it under the terms of the Apache License as published by the Apache Software Foundation (full PROXIMITY 4.3 license text).

PROXIMITY 4.3 operates in conjunction with the MonetDB database system. MonetDB is also open source, licensed under the MonetDB Public License—a derivative of the Mozilla Public License (MPL) Version 1.1 (full MonetDB license text).
